Shipping

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Free Shipping on orders over $50 within the Continental USA (3-10 business days)
  • We ship all orders via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and the following services based on weight:
    • Under 1 lb: USPS First Class Package (1-5 business days)
    • Over 1 lb: USPS Parcel Select Ground (2-8 business days)
  • Orders over $100 will have signature requirements automatically added to ensure delivery is completed (At no additional cost).

 
Order Processing:

  • It takes about 1-2 business days for orders to process and leave our warehouse. Processing times do not account for weekends or holidays. 
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 1-10 business days for transit from Miami, depending on your delivery location and shipping method.
  • Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. All orders received after 11 AM EST will begin processing the next business day. 
  • Standard shipping costs vary depending on total weight.

 
Unclaimed/ Returned Shipments:

  • Depending on the return reason, we will charge you with re-shipping costs if you would like us to reship your parcel.

 

The following return reasons require reshipping fee (if you would like us to resend your parcel):

  • Insufficient/ Incorrect address - recipient incorrectly input a wrong address or formatted address incorrectly
  • Unclaimed - Parcels left in local customs and post office and was not claim during the allotted time. 
  • A $5-$10 shipping fee may be applicable on returned orders due to incorrect addresses.  It is the customers responsibility to ensure all information is correct prior to placing an order.
  • In the event your package is returned to us and you do not want it reshipped you will be refunded your purchase value minus the cost of shipping. 

 
Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We ship all orders via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. It is your responsibility to provide us with a shipping address where packages can be securely delivered by our carriers without the risk of theft or loss. We assume no responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen once the carrier confirms delivery.  
  • Please note once a carrier confirms an order has been delivered successfully we will not replace, reship or refund a lost/stolen shipment.

 
Submitting a Claim for a Lost or Stolen Package:

  • If you believe your package has been lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, you can initiate a missing mail search in the USPS website here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
