Refund policy
Returns / Exchanges:
- Unfortunately, due to the low-cost nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Ashley Lee Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
- In the unlikely event that any item in your order is missing, incorrect, or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at info@ashleyleecosmetics.com; Please include your order number and picture to assist us in assisting you.
- We assume no responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen once USPS / UPS confirms delivery. Please ensure your order is dispatched to a reliable address.
Damaged Items:
- We do our best to package your order as securely as possible, unfortunately, damage can still happen during transit. If you receive a completely damaged and unusable item we'll be happy to replace or refund the qualified damaged item.
- Email our Customer Care team at info@ashleyleecosmetics.com within 7 days of delivery with the following photos and information for our reference:
- Damaged item/items
- Packaging materials:
- Outer Packaging (Box, mailer, etc.)
- Inner Packaging (Bubble, paper, etc.)
- Name of items
- Order number

Refunds (if applicable):
- Refunds are applicable on returned orders due to incorrect addresses or deemed as "undeliverable" by USPS. A $5-$10 shipping fee may be applicable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@ashleyleecosmetics.com.
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
